Earlier today the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota sent out an alert to those practicing in that court regarding a wave of fraud incidents associated with jury service.

RichTech's legislative agenda for 2016 includes matters of importance to the technology community in Richmond and beyond, including strengthening the openness, fairness, and transparency of the state government's technology procurement practices, harnessing technology to increase economic development in the region, improving educational opportunities for the cyber security workforce in Virginia, and encouraging the promotion of enhanced broadband capacity in the City of Richmond. In addition to the annual legislative breakfast, Innovista team members will work with RichTech on promoting its policy agenda and establishing future priorities.

Innovista's social innovation client, Open Mind, will kick off its first educational pilot program on Saturday, January 9, 2016.
Open Mind is a nonprofit organization that helps knowledge seekers who enjoy educational television programming on Saturday morning to take their learning to new levels through innovative online learning opportunities. Open Mind's pilot program will begin this Saturday morning, January 9, 2016, with a public service announcement to be broadcast multiple times on the CW network. The public service announcement will invite viewers to learn about the importance of Internet privacy and Cybersecurity by participating in a free online course.
