Foreign Legal Consultant
I joined Innovista Law in 2016 as a Foreign Legal Consultant after completing my Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Georgetown University with an emphasis on U.S. and International Communications Law. I bring with me five years of telecommunications and corporate law experience working as a Senior Associate for a top telecommunications law firm in Mexico City.
During my tenure in Mexico, I had many rewarding career moments working with prominent private and public clients, along with national and international telecommunications providers.
After the Amendment to the Mexican Constitution in 2013, more foreign investors are considering whether and how to enter the Mexican telecommunications market. I have had the opportunity to participate in multiple public bids and helped U.S. companies start operations in Mexico as ISPs, MVNOs, resellers and e-commerce providers.
Working at Innovista Law, I look forward to combining my expertise with clients seeking exciting, new investment opportunities.
